What does AI visibility mean?
More people ask ChatGPT, Google's AI, Perplexity or Copilot instead of searching. If those assistants cannot read your site, they cannot recommend you.
Should I block AI training?
That is your choice. Blocking training crawlers such as GPTBot does not stop ChatGPT search from finding you; blocking OAI-SearchBot does.
