Privacy Policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
freeseobot checks websites for search and AI visibility. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can: you can check a website without an account, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
freeseobot is operated by Fikra Ventures LLC FZ, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the information described here.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Fikra Ventures LLC FZ, [to be added], Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Trade licence [to be added].
For any privacy question or request, email [to be added]. We reply within 30 days.
2. What we collect
When you check a website: the address you type, and the public pages of that website, which we read the way a search engine does. We keep the finished report for about 10 minutes so a refresh does not repeat the work, and a short log of each check (the website, its score, the number of pages read and, if you came from a partner’s check box, that partner’s name) to run and improve the service.
When you check rankings: the keyword, the website and the country. These are sent to our search-results providers to fetch the results (see section 5). Search results are kept for 24 hours and shared between visitors who search the same thing.
Your email address, only if you give it: to download a report, join a waitlist, ask for help fixing your site, or join our agency list. We store it with what you asked for (for example the plan or the problem to fix).
If you connect your website: the website address; the fixes you approve; and, from the code you add to your site, page-view counts (page path, the website a visitor came from and the campaign tag in the link, grouped by day) and page-speed timings (page path, phone or computer, and how fast the page loaded and responded). This uses no cookies and collects no names, emails or IP addresses of your visitors. If you add your own Google Analytics ID, Google Analytics runs on your site under your own agreement with Google.
If you connect Google Search Console: we read your search performance data (keywords, positions, clicks) to show it to you. Access is stored only in your browser, in an encrypted cookie, and you can disconnect at any time. If you ask us to set up Search Console for your website, you also allow us to add that website to your Search Console, confirm you own it (a verification tag added by our code, or a DNS record you add), and submit its sitemap. So that this keeps working every week without you, we then keep that access with your website’s settings, encrypted; it is used only for that weekly upkeep (checking the sitemap and reading your search data to suggest improvements). Turn it off on your website’s page at any time, which deletes it, or revoke it in your Google account.
Actions on your site: if you install our code, it also counts taps on phone, email, chat and map links and form sends, by day and by where the visit came from. It never records the number, address or anything typed.
If you sign in: your email address (from Google or from a sign-in link we email you) and which of your websites it can open. We use it only to let you open your dashboards on any device. Signing out removes the sign-in from that device.
Tracked keywords: the keywords and countries you add, and their positions over time.
If you turn on report emails: we keep your email address with that website’s settings and send the automatic report to it. Each email has a link to stop them; stopping deletes the address from those settings.
If you buy a plan: payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email, the plan, a Stripe customer reference and the subscription status.
Technical information: your IP address is used briefly to limit how often the free tools can be used and to keep the service safe. Daily usage counters for live ranking checks are kept by IP address for the day only.
3. Why we use it (and our legal basis)
- To provide what you ask for: checks, reports, rankings, monitoring and your plan (performance of a contract, or steps you ask for before one).
- To keep the service safe and working: limits, fraud prevention, fixing faults (our legitimate interests).
- To reply to you about a request, a waitlist or a fix you asked for (performance of a contract or legitimate interests).
- To tell you about our service now and then, only if you gave us your email; every email has a way to stop them (consent or legitimate interests, depending on where you live).
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping invoices (legal obligation).
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Where your data is stored
Our service and its providers may store or process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual terms.
7. How long we keep it
- Finished reports: about 10 minutes. Ranking search results: 24 hours.
- The check log and usage counters: up to 13 months, for statistics and safety.
- Emails and requests: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact.
- Connected website data (page-view counts, speed timings, history, keywords): while the website stays connected; speed timings for 35 days; score history for about a year. Deleting a website from your dashboard deletes its data.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 5 years in the UAE).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU and UK GDPR), you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it, or delete it;
- stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it;
- send it to you or another company in a common format;
- stop sending you emails (use the link in any email, or write to us).
Email [to be added]. We may ask you to confirm it is you. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UAE, the UAE Data Office.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store only a hash of secret codes, keep access to our systems limited, and never handle card numbers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
freeseobot is for businesses and website owners and is not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell subscribers by email about important changes before they take effect.
