About freeseobot

freeseobot visits a website only when someone asks freeseobot to check it. It reads public pages the way a search engine does, to produce a free SEO report.

How it behaves

• Up to 100 pages per check (200 for the sitemap generator), at most 5 requests at a time.
• Reads public pages, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt. It never submits forms, logs in or follows links to other sites.
• It does not store the content of your pages; a report lives only in the browser of the person who ran it.
• User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; freeseobot/0.1; +https://freeseobot.com/bot)

How to block it

Add a group that names it in your robots.txt. A general User-agent: * rule is treated as being for automatic crawlers; because every check is requested by a person, only rules naming freeseobot stop it.
