Terms of Service

freeseobot checks websites and reports on how well search engines and AI assistants can find and understand them. It also shows search rankings, and lets website owners connect their site to see visitors, speed and suggested fixes.

Scores, rankings and suggestions are estimates based on what we can measure at the time. Search engines and AI assistants make their own decisions, so we cannot guarantee any ranking, traffic or result.

The free plan is free with the limits shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans add features and higher limits, as described there when you buy.

We may change free features and limits, and add or retire features, to keep the service running well. If we make a change that substantially reduces a paid plan you already pay for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of the month.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, by Fikra Ventures LLC FZ. Your plan renews automatically every month at the price you agreed to until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; any taxes that apply are added at checkout. Your card statement will show “FREESEOBOT”.

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. We ask for your card at the start; the first charge is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. One trial per person or business.

If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is paid. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, which then applies from your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the “Manage subscription” link on the Pricing page or by emailing [to be added]. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 7 days.

• Give correct information when you pay or contact us, and keep your devices secure.
• Only connect websites you own or are allowed to manage, and only add our code to sites where you have permission. You are responsible for the fixes you approve.
• Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to attack, overload or break into websites; to get around our limits (for example with many accounts or automated requests); to copy or resell the service without an Agency plan; or to break someone else’s rights.

We read only public pages, identify our crawler and follow websites’ robots.txt rules. We may limit or stop access that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

You keep ownership of your website and your data. You let us use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reports you download are yours to use and share, including with your clients.

freeseobot, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. Some information comes from other companies (for example search results and Google tools); it is provided as they make it available, and their terms may apply.

We work to keep freeseobot available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable, slow or wrong, for example when a website blocks us or a provider is down.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you use only free features). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using freeseobot at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable; if we end a paid plan without cause, we refund the unused part of the month.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly. If we cannot, the courts of the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell subscribers by email about important changes at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
